And the last day is the beginning.

The last day of work for Charlie was July 23rd.  The hospital gave him a send-off reception with all the whistles and bells.

So happy to be getting him all to myself now.

Last day at the desk.  Does he seem happy to be retiring, or is it just me?

And so we begin the rest of our lives together.  Now we just have to sell the house, pack our stuff, move everything across the country and worry about fixed income.  But we are happy about it!!
