What do you do with 44 years?

The day after Dad died, we held a family meeting to conduct some business. The funeral would be in a week, so Charlie and I decided to stay and start to dejunk the house.  Deseret Industries saw us twice with the pick-up loaded past the roof of the cab.  We went to the dump 3 times.
First of 3 loads using mattresses to cover the load. The dump appreciated that.

Load number 2.
So much still in the house.  After the funeral, the family will come to collect memories to take home.

THE CHAIR
Dad bought this chair in Missouri in 1960. It served as his desk chair until Virginia when he bought a nicer one. This one became "the chair" where we would have to sit when he wanted to get serious with us in his office. It would be good or very bad. We usually did not like "the chair."
31 pillows was the final count. Most were taken to the dump.
This stash of sheets, towels, blankets, and quilts is about a third left after the dump and DI's got the rest.
Not sure anyone will want these.  The food will just not taste as good unless Grandma fills them.

Everyone will want want this picture, so I just took one of my own.
