Lots of lemonade here

Yep. When you get dealt lemons, you make lemonade....or you look at the glass half full and not half empty. (And we don't even have a missionary coming home!) This usually only happened when a missionary came home or a child graduated from college. You know....you finally have a little extra money and then everything breaks. First to go was the air-conditioner. $300 later we find out we have a leak and need to replace a coil. Cost? $1700. Lemonade? I did some sleuthing on the internet and discovered it would be money ahead to replace the whole system, including the heater which has been costing us plenty the last 2 years in repairs. We found a really nice guy who will do it for us next week. Next to go was the truck. Charlie just doesn't have the time so I switched vehicles with him and took his truck to my Toyota guys in Delaware. It's an air filter sensor (and the oil hasn't been changed or tires rotated for 3000 miles. He doesn't have time.) The sensor wasn't in so Chris put me in a loaner car (2012 Prius) and sent me on my way with promises it will be done tomorrow at 8 am. It was. It took them all of two minutes to have my truck sitting in front before I even paid the bill. Lemonade? The mall was super close. Next to go was the riding lawn mower. It is still in the shop. Haven't got the damage report on that yet. In the meantime....the grass keeps getting longer and all we have as a back up is a little $80 bottom of the line push mower. What to do? Lemonade!...I mean exercise! I just burned a kajillion calories.
But the sweetest lemonade of all is that we actually have the money in the bank for all the repairs! Miracle!
