Yesterday I ran up to Cedar to see Erica perform with her group of about 40 kids who took part in the Art Sensation Camp at SUU. Totally impressed. They performed the songs they had learned (with drums). Displayed around they room were the art projects. Each kid (sorry, Mom)... child had made a 3-D model of their home. They each made a flag with their family crest (imagined by them). There was an art project on weaving and another on their family tree. They had each added their artwork of their family members on a large banner. The camp was only 2 weeks, but Erica had a blast and will go next year, too.
Brent and the 3 older kids came down for Father's Day and Jackson brought his two Johnny Depp lego figures. (Tonto and Captain Jack.) He left Tonto at our house. We called Brent to tell him so he could pick it up when he came down again this week. We then received this text.
"Just constructed a sentence never before used in the English language.
'Jackson, Ha has your Tonto.' "
