Graduation Day for Lt. Cdr. Andrew Charles Davis

So exciting!!  We were able to watch it on a live webcast!!  He now has a Masters in National Securities, Defense and Strategic Studies.  His next station is the Amphibious Squadron in San Diego.  Am I excited, or what?  The graduation speaker said this class was her favorite.  They were Academically Outstanding,  (I forgot) Outstanding, and Hilariously Outstanding.  I am sure that Andy was the latter.  They acknowledged the first in class academically, service, etc..  Andy wasn't the first in anything here, but remember, he got top honors in jumping out of a plane!!

And the medals are:  National Defense Medal, Defense Meritorious Service (x 2), Joint Service Commendation (x 2), Joint Service Achievement, Global War on Terror, Nato, Humanitarian Service, Navy Commendation Medal, Navy Achievement Medal, Joint Meritorious Unit Award, Afghanistan Campaign, Navy Sea Service, Expert Rifle Marksman, Expert Pistol Marksman.  The pin at the top is Information Dominance Warfare Officer.  The wings at the bottom is for parachuting.  So proud!
