Every year the hospital board breaks away from the hospital and goes to a convention type hotel for 2 days of uninterupted, intense meetings. For 2 years it has been held at the Hotel Hershey. (No twisting my arm to go with Charlie for that one.) You receive a chocolate bar upon check-in and Hershey Kisses on your pillow each night. There are a plethora of chocolate desserts to choose from at each meal. It's hard to eat a moderate amount of the amazing food to save room for the desserts! Yes, I attended every meal; and No, I did not go to any meetings. What to do? Did I mention that there is an outlet mall, a zoo, an amusemnet park, Hershey Gardens, and CHOCOLATE WORLD! Hmmmmm...which one?
There is ride that takes you through the process of making chocolate from the cocoa plantations around the world to the end result. Step off the ride and they hand you free chocolate. Last year? Kissables. This year was Hershey Bliss. Around the corner you walk into a world of chocolate and souvenirs. All the grandchildren have Hershey clothing now. (Including Jackson who won't be born until February!) There are stacks, bins, shelves, and crates just full of every product Hershey makes. (Smells wonderful.) When you buy in bulk, you save big time.
Last year we attended the retreat before we moved to PA. (We were invited so the board could meet their new CEO.) I couldn't buy mass chocolate last year because we would be flying home to Utah the next day. This year? Let's just say that I have my year's supply.

I remember your outlet shopping days from when you lived in Price. If that made a big enough impact on me as a child, I cannot imagine your years supply of chocolate. When are you having us over for a Girl's Chocolate night? I think that is one thing I just don't have in my food storage supply and it is definitely lacking in that area. Tell you what, I will store the wheat and you store the chocolate and then we can share. :)
That's such a dream come true! I would be there in a heart beat. You are too funny.
