Can your bathroom be the favorite room in the house?

We almost did not buy this house because of the ugly master bathroom. I tried a few times to put it out of my head as I was searching for our house on-line while back in Pennsylvania. This house just kept popping up as one to consider. It has turned out to be the best house, best neighborhood, best location, best everything....except for the bathroom. Such a major project took a bit of time but so worth it !!

See. I said it was ugly....and you should have seen the original light fixtures! There were 3 of them with another one in the middle! Both mirrors were like the one on the left. We gave the other one to Erica for her bedroom. Charlie started by adding a shelf above the lights. And then yadda, yadda, yadda.

Love the mood lighting on the shelf! I have a remote that changes the colors.
Yes....my favorite room in the house is my bathroom....for now.
