Alexander Franklin Barron is my great-great-great- grandfather. So amazing that so many of my ancestors lived right here. Franklin married Dovey Ann Shinn and they had 2 little girls. She died and is buried in Texas. Sarah, the younger of the 2 girls, married Jefferson Slade who helped to settle Pineview where that upset down ship chapel is built. (Previous post) They had Sarah Ann Slade who married Albert Stephen Farnsworth, my Dad's grandpa! Alexander ended up in Washington after he was called by Brigham Young to help settle St. George. Here he died. Buried in Washington Cemetery.
