While living in Pennsylvania, it was announced that we would be getting a temple! I was Young Women's president and I was thinking of the spectacular opportunity this will be with the girls to participate in the arena show that always is performed before the dedication of temples by all the youth in the temple district. A year went by with nothing. There was a conflict about the temple site. After much wrangling with Mayor Nutter and government (Thanks Vai Sikahema) a building lot was finally approved. The breaking of the ground, check - the digging of the foundation, check - and then we moved!!! This is pretty much what it looked like when we moved.
Now it is almost done!! The Open House is scheduled and they are asking for volunteers! I SOOOO wanted to be a volunteer for the open house. How amazing would that have been? So jealous!!!!! I will repent tomorrow.
