Erica's great-grandma Davis just died. This is Erica at the viewing in front of all the pretty flowers that she wanted to pick. (Her parents have flowers on bushes that are taller than she is. None within her reach.) I tried to explain to her that they belonged to Great-grandma who is sleeping. shhhh. Erica wanted to see her. I let her see her and told her Great-grandma was sleeping. shhhh. "Well," said Erica. "Somebody wake her up!" Great-grandma was 92 years old and is VERY happy to now be at peace and with her hubby, Ross. The weekend was lovely with lots of good family reconnecting with each other.
