Christmas came a little early this year. My big present to me (not including my trip to Nauvoo with the love of my life) is a massage chair. I spent 8 years seeing a chiropractor. He always said I should get a massage before coming. (Excuse me. It is hard enough having you touch me. I am not going to have another person rub me all over.) After 8 years of feeling I would only feel good if I paid somebody to crack me up I went to an orthopedist. He sent me to a physical therapist. Not only did I get relief, but I became empowered to keep up the exercises and stretching at home. And then he said I should get a massage regularly to loosen up my muscles. People have been telling me all my life to 'loosen up.' I guess I didn't listen. Well now I am going to loosen up! The elfinators brought it yesterday. They said they are the elves that do the heavy lifting for Santa. So cute!! (And yes, I have already spent a good 4 hours in the chair loosening up. Heaven.) It is blue tooth ready with speakers by the head rest. Totally cool. I have 3 days worth of tunes on my ipad so I can conceivably spend the next 3 days in that chair. So Christmasy! I will be as relaxed as a bowl full of jelly! Merry Christmas to me.

Nice!! I need to come sit in that sometime (as I stop and think about how scrunched up my shoulders are at this very moment.)
