And we are on a roll!

Twelve year old air-conditioner that wakes up the dead when it turns on. I know it is sucking money right out of our pockets! (And they put it too close to the garage man door and it doesn't open all the way.)

Clean garage. (Very rare!) But we had to clean it up to make way for our new furnace.

The twelve year old furnace is up in there. That is the ceiling in my pantry. Charlie had to make the crawl space door bigger when we had all the duct work redone and insulation added. Superior Water and Air promised to get it out for me and dispose of it. Once done, I will paint the ugly out of my pantry.

I love brand new. Almost done, just tweaking the  double wall pipes.  This job was really fast because we had to contract it out to get our 10 year warranty from Lenox. (Not that Charlie wouldn't have had it done fast, too. )

Brand new heat pump! It's bigger than the old air-conditioner BUT it is soooo quiet! Next year I hope I am blogging about all the money we have saved from all these energy efficient changes!
(And they installed it away from the door!)
