Another one bites the dust!

So terribly excited!! Another project done!
It started out as a big ugly cabinet next to a hole in the wall.
The first order of business was to get rid of the doors and cabinet! Can you see the wheels turning in Charlie's head back there as he starts to remodel? This was our first walk through after we were handed the keys to our house back in September of 2013.
Charlie built 2 smaller cabinets on each side and was able to use the original doors even.
TA DAA!!

Another project bites the dust.  Next...Replace entire cooling and heating system; get rid of all those cords (trillions!) beneath the kitchen cabinets that go to all the little lights that don't work and the junction box that is taking up cupboard space (what were they thinking?); the closet in the piano room that will be turned into a sitting area with bookshelves;  metal gates and fence on both sides of the house; add 3 feet of brick to the fence so the neighbors don't look down into our backyard; and the rock wall and fountain against the masonry wall out back.  Oh, I just remembered...the pergola out back and the arbor out front to add a walkway and shade for the big front windows. And he thought he was going to retire!
