| Gorgeous day means I am going to hike the entire quarry trail! Here is the first rock that you can actually see where the pioneers did some chiseling to get the rock broken up. Pretty cool. |

| It is a pretty easy hike and so gorgeous!! |

| The quarry itself is about a 20 minute walk around to the back side of Black Mountain. Once on the other side where the quarry is, the views are fantabulous! |

| This looks out into Santa Clara. Our neighborhood is just below this to the right a little. Trust me. I can see our church steeple from here. |

| This looks southwest over Southgate golf course and into Bloomington. |
 |
| I am back on the east side of the mountain now heading back to my car. The trail is parallel to and as high as the old airport. This is looking north past said airport. |

| Next time I will take somebody with me and get better pictures. |
