| This is a happy little palm tree. It survived the nasty winter we had here last year with the record snowfall and below freezing temperatures. |

| Have you ever seen a palm tree this sad?!? It is obviously past dead....but, to have one removed from your yard it is $250.00. I think these people are just waiting for it to fall over so they can roll it out into the street. |
