2 days at sea. What to do?
We left Labadee behind and began a 2 day cruise back home to Bayonne, New Jersey. I totally loved sleeping while the ship rocked away all night. So relaxing. Babies have it so good! We had breakfast in our favorite place, the Windjammer on deck 11. The ship pulled out all the stops to keep us entertained and spending money. We saw an ice show, attended the Captain's Corner (asking questions about everything shippy), attended another show in the Palace theater, learned how to make those adorable towel animals, laughed and laughed at the Newlywed game, walked a mile on the jogging track, watched a couple of movies, and relaxed. We missed the late night scene. (Dizzy's Jazz lounge, disco party, casino, plethora of bars, etc., etc.)
As much as we loved dining with the other people from our group (Jennersville Hospital Senior Circle) we skipped out of the third formal night and went up to Johnny Rockets on the 14th deck for dinner one night.
Overall, I'd say we had a pretty good week.
And yes, this was the group we went with. I always take a picture on the bus on the way home. (Ever since the 8th grade.) We are just a little older now.
